A founding Director at Change Associates Ireland, Kathryn is highly experienced in solving complex organisational challenges through dedicated development, consultancy and coaching. Before setting up the business, she held several senior roles at Intel and at one of the leading consulting houses. Kathryn is a certified Myers Briggs facilitator and a one-on-one coach, and she has spoken at conferences across Europe.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Development, along with a Certificate in Psychology from the National University of Ireland. Kathryn has also completed the University of Columbia Program in Advanced Organisational Development. She is a certified Executive Coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

As founder of Moondance Business Consultants, Dermot is an expert in programme delivery, capability development and marketing innovation. He has over 20 years of experience in professional change management and was formerly an associate with Accenture for five years, successfully implementing a range of programmes for Irish and UK clients.

Dermot is part of the Digital Marketing Masters team at Trinity College Dublin, and he lectures in Project Management at the Dublin Business School. He has an MBA from University College Dublin, a Marketing Degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Marketing & Social Media from Harvard University.

Katherine is a professional writer specialising in business communications. Working with a wide range of clients, she develops engaging and accurate written solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

With a BA in English Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a background in design management, Katherine is skilled in translating clients’ messages into succinct and impactful communications.

Ian has been devising strategic brand solutions and creating film, environmental and digital design experiences for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked with clients as diverse as Bank of Ireland, Madame Tussauds, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and Dublin Airport.

 

A graduate of the Limerick School of Art and Design with a BA in Design Communications, Ian’s work has received industry recognition. His keen interest in leveraging technology through design allows him to push the possibilities of brand development in new directions.

Jane specialises in market research design and delivery, and has been honing her expertise for over 15 years. Devising programmes from concept right through to implementation, she is highly skilled in communicating the consumer voice back to the business. In particular, she helps companies identify their growth targets and establish the most effective marketing messages in response.

Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, working with organisations such as Vodafone, AIB, Heineken and Bord Bia. Jane holds qualifications from the Digital Marketing Institute, IMI and the Marketing Institute of Ireland, and she recently completed an MSc in Management of Information Systems Strategy at DCU.

Anna is curious and passionate about how people experience technology as a way of enhancing their work. Having held several senior roles at the Coca-Cola Company, she has spearheaded a variety of digitization change initiatives across her 30-year career. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. on the topic of hybrid work in virtual reality. Anna holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology and a second in Business Administration. She is a member of CIPD and the Irish Psychological Society.

Sinéad is a performance coach and a specialist in customer and employee experience. With over 20 years of working in senior customer experience roles for organisations like Orange (EE), eircom, Vodafone and G4S, she has developed significant insights into human needs psychology and people behaviours. She applies this unique understanding to help leaders find the most effective route to professional and personal success.

Holding a BSc in Social Psychology and a Postgraduate in Marketing, Sinéad is currently undertaking a Diploma in Customer Experience. She is also a qualified trainer and life and business coach who has studied extensively with Tony Robbins and Dr Joe Dispenza.

Joanne is a career and communications coach whose main ambition is to help people feel happier at work. She spent over 30 years in senior management in the financial services industry, developing and leading teams and advising senior business leaders across a range of communications roles.

Taking this experience, she now partners with people at any stage in their career, helping them identify their strengths and supporting their journey to a more fulfilling professional life. With an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Life and Executive Coaching, Joanne’s expertise lies in creating connections and joining the dots between everyday work and company vision and goals.

Carmel is an organisational psychologist and the founder of CSCL. She designs and implements interventions for clients to help them establish their desired organisational culture. Taking a human-centred approach, she works across a range of talent areas including employee experience, employee development and leadership. Before setting up CSCL, Carmel worked at IBM for 30 years, holding a number of senior leadership roles in research & development, consulting services and operations.

She has an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University and a BA in Psychology. Carmel is also a qualified executive and business coach and is certified to assess an organisation’s culture using the Organisation Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI).

Michelle is the founder of Doodle Marketing, a bespoke content strategy and digital marketing consultancy. She works with clients to manage and develop their brands, aligning business strategy with brand objectives. Previously, Michelle held a range of information technology roles and has over 15 years of experience in project management, business analysis, marketing, website delivery and graphic design.

She has an MSc in Digital Marketing from UCD, a Microsoft Certified Engineer qualification and a Postgraduate Diploma in IT Administration and Management from Columbia University.

Rebecca is a third-year BComm student at University College Dublin, and she takes care of our administration on a part-time basis. She has an excellent grounding in business principles and has a particular interest in the accounting and finance sectors.

With a passion for customer service and a strong team ethos, Rebecca is looking forward to progressing her career with us over the next few months.

Fredericka is Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of Voltedge Management, a HR consultancy practice. She has been working in human resource management since the mid-90s and has held a number of senior roles across a range of organisations from multinationals to start-ups. Fredericka is passionate about empowering small businesses to reach their potential and compete in the global marketplace, and she believes this can be achieved through effective people management and authentic leadership capability.

A graduate of UL and NCI in Human Resources Management, Fredericka is a Chartered Member of CIPD and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with the IMCA. She is currently a member of the Executive Council of the SFA and sits on the Board of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers.

Joyce is Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of Voltedge Management, one of Ireland’s leading HR consultancy firms. Before setting up the practice, she gained extensive experience in senior HR roles, working with several multinationals, including Ericsson, Marconi and Glaxo Wellcome/GlaxoSmithKline. Joyce’s expertise is in aligning HR with business strategy, addressing employee issues, progressing major change and providing support to senior management teams and boards.

With a Degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, Joyce is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is an IMCA Certified Management Consultant. She is currently the Honorary Chair of the National Committee of CIPD Ireland and a Director of CIPD Ireland Ltd. She is also a Board Member of Nutgrove Enterprise Centre and a previous Council Member of Dun Laoghaire Chamber of Commerce.
