Our Team

The ClarityVP team combines exceptional people management skills with strategic planning and business development expertise.

We have worked for clients, both nationally and internationally, across a variety of sectors ranging from medical to construction through to finance and legal.

Our team is led by Valerie O’Keeffe. Valerie is a strategic planning and change management specialist, with over 20 years’ experience devising and implementing interventions for clients. Building on this wealth of knowledge, she works with corporate and SME clients, helping them to reposition, manage uncertainty and capitalise on growth opportunities. Valerie has an uncommon ability to influence thinking, forge strategic alliances and build consensus.

Valerie holds a Masters in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin, Leadership & Coaching Strategies from Harvard University as well as qualifications in Corporate Strategy, Strategic Marketing,  Business Studies and Public Relations.

Kathryn Heslin

Kathryn Heslin is an associate of ClarityVP. She has held senior Organisation Development and training positions within Intel and with one of the well-known consulting houses. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a Masters Degree in Organisation Behaviour and Organisation Development.

Dermot Nolan

Dermot Nolan is an associate of ClarityVP and is also the founder of Moondance Business Consultants. They specialise in programme delivery, change management, capability development, marketing innovation and payments. He has 20+ years of professional change management experience and a proven track record in complex programme delivery – over 100 change projects successfully delivered

Katherine Ridge

Writer

Katherine is a professional writer working with ClarityVP and she specialises in business communications. Working with a wide range of clients, she develops engaging and accurate written solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes. With a degree in English Studies from Trinity College Dublin and a background in design management, Katherine is skilled in translating her clients’ messages into succinct, impactful communications. Significant experience across multiple organisations and industries (retail banking, telecoms, media, aircraft leasing, insurance, food manufacturing, etc)

Ian Sorensen

Consultant Creative Director

Ian has been working on strategic brand positioning and developing Film, Environmental and Digital design experiences for over 20 years. He has worked with clients as varied as Bank of Ireland, Madame Tussauds, Dublin Airport, Vhi, the AA, Java Republic and the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, amongst others.

Anna Keller

Anna Keller has held senior global roles in IT and Supply Chain at the Coca-Cola Company and has successfully led lean business change initiatives over the last 30 years. Anna is passionate about developing people to their full potential, mentoring and coaching individuals and teams to achieve successful outcomes. Equally passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, Anna established the Coca-Cola Europe, Eurasia & Africa women’ linc chapter and has led and participated in panel discussions on gender diversity. Anna holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. In 2020, Anna completed the Harvard Business Summit 2.0: Leader of Leaders Program. Anna is a member of CIPD, the Irish Psychological Society and the British Psychological Society.

Jane Nolan

Research and Insights

Jane has worked in market research for over thirteen years. She has specialised in research design and communicating both qualitative and quantitative voice of the consumer feedback into organisations. Of particular interest has been working with organisations to establish who their growth target is and what marketing messages would be most relevant to these consumers. Jane has worked across a wide variety of sectors including Vodafone, AIB, Heineken and Bord Bia and is currently undertaking a Masters with DCU in Management Information Systems Strategy.
