ClarityVP is proud to have partnered with the Regulator of the National Lottery on the development of its Strategy Statement 2025–2027.
The collaborative process was led by Carol Boate and her dedicated team, and included engagement with a broad range of key stakeholders. Our role focused on helping to define and communicate the Regulator’s strategic priorities for the next three years—ensuring alignment with public interest, transparency, and the ongoing support of good causes across Ireland.
The published strategy outlines five key Strategic Goals and focus areas that will guide the Regulator’s mission through to 2027. It was a privilege to contribute to such an important forward-looking document.
